6. Goods sold are not refundable nor exchangable.

7. After the tracking code is given, we WILL NOT BE liable or responsible in anyway for any loss after shipping.Any sort of refund will not be given and requests for such WILL NOT BE entertained.

We are all for customer satisfaction,but if the item is not received.Instead of writing us a long letter of complaint, the first thing to be done is checking www.pos.my or call 1300-300-300 to check on the parcel, we aren't in charge of the Malaysian post,all we can offer to do is the exact same thing.
